Hey, I’m originally from SE Michigan (Utica, to be exact!) I live in S. California now, where it’s hot and the air is filled with dirt and smoke at the moment.

Cattywumpus is a word my dad used to use a lot when I was little! Thanks for the memory of that!!

Becca, How awesome is that to be reading the same book as you at the same time? I loved it also — her choice to tell the story from both Jamie and Nate’s points of view is incredibly smart — not to mention really, really entertaining. xo, L
